Construction and properties

The cable is designed for long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of stranded copper conductors insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which provides them with high flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C). The conductors are twisted in parallel and protected with a screen of copper wires, minimizing electromagnetic interference (EMC). The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation. This ensures that the cable retains its properties for a long time, even in extreme conditions.

In addition, the cable has a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors upwards) for increased safety. It is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length. Exceptional flexibility makes it easy to install and route the cable in tight spaces. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.
