Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 4G10 cable features an advanced construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 10 mm², insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel for optimal twist pitch, and the whole is wrapped in foil for additional protection. A screen of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in sensitive applications. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, water, and climate change. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures – down to -40°C – making it easy to install and use in difficult conditions.

Additionally, the cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards and has a rated voltage of 750V. Exceptional flexibility makes it easy to route the cable even in tight spaces. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substances.
