The UNIPUR-CP 4G2,5 cable is distinguished by its solid construction. It consists of four copper conductors with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). These conductors are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal twist pitch and minimizes the risk of damage during operation. The whole is surrounded by a screen of tinned copper wires, which provides high efficiency in suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, water and climate change. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, hydrolysis and the action of microorganisms.

This cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 and has a rated voltage of 450/750V. It is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C. The minimum bending radius is 7.5x cable diameter for stationary installation and 12.5x cable diameter for flexible operation.
