UNIPUR-CP Flexible Cable – Reliability and Durability in Every Application

This shielded UNIPUR-CP control cable is a proposal for professionals and demanding users. The use of advanced materials and construction compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 standards guarantee reliable operation even in difficult conditions. The cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility, resistance to external factors and a wide range of operating temperatures.

Construction and Properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is designed for long-term operation. Its construction includes:

• Copper conductors: stranded, twisted, providing good conductivity and flexibility. Class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228.
• TPE insulation: thermoplastic elastomer provides excellent dielectric properties and abrasion resistance.
• Copper wire screen: effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), minimizing the risk of errors in control and measurement. Coverage approx. 85%.
• PUR outer jacket: polyurethane coating provides high resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, UV radiation and mechanical damage.
• Color: available in blue (RAL 5015), but other colors are also available on request (green, brown, yellow, red, orange, purple, gray).

Thanks to the materials used, the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C. It is also resistant to hydrolysis and microorganisms. Importantly – the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.8 mm.
