Construction and Properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable features a multi-strand, flexible copper conductor (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel, ensuring optimal lay length and minimizing the risk of damage. A screen made of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen, UV radiation, and microorganisms. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion and cuts.

It is worth noting that the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is available in green and has four conductors with a cross-section of 4 mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 13.8 mm.
