Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 4G4 cable has stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel with an optimal twist pitch, and the whole is wrapped in foil for additional protection. A screen made of tinned copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, water and climate change. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C.
