Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 4G4 cable is characterized by an advanced construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It consists of four copper conductors, twisted strands for increased flexibility, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are shielded, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating. This makes the cable resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen, and UV radiation. Additionally, it is resistant to abrasion and cuts.

The cable remains flexible even at very low temperatures – down to -40°C – making it an ideal solution for working in harsh conditions. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. The rated voltage of the cable is 450/750V.
