Construction and properties

The cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Copper, stranded wires (class 5) are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing flexibility even at low temperatures – down to -40°C. Parallel twisted cores with an optimal twist pitch minimize the risk of mechanical damage. A screen made of copper wires provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in devices sensitive to interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion and cuts, increasing its durability in harsh working conditions.
