Construction and Properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its carefully selected materials and advanced construction. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility and resistance to bending. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees high resistance to abrasion, oils, water, and climate change. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from mechanical damage and the effects of atmospheric factors.

The cable maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +90°C – making it an ideal solution for outdoor applications and in harsh environmental conditions. Additionally, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium, and substances that interfere with painting.
