Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of a multi-strand copper core (class 5), insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The cores are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal twist pitch and minimizes the risk of damage during bending. A screen made of tinned copper wires protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, water, climate change and UV radiation.
