Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is distinguished by an advanced construction ensuring long-term and trouble-free operation. It is made of stranded copper conductor, which provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) guarantees excellent dielectric properties and chemical resistance. A screen of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to noise. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from mechanical damage, abrasion and weathering.
