Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation:

• Conductors: Made of unannealed copper, stranded twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl.5, BS 6360 cl.5 and IEC 60228 cl.5 – guaranteeing good conductivity and flexibility.
• Core insulation: Made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), providing high mechanical and chemical resistance.
• Core identification: Color identification of cores facilitates correct connection of wires (colored up to 5 cores, black with white numbering from 6 cores).
• Screen: Effective screen made of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures stable signal transmission.
• Outer jacket: Made of polyurethane (PUR TMPU) compliant with DIN EN 50363-10-2 – resistant to abrasion, cuts and notches, as well as to chemical and atmospheric influences.
• Number of cores: 5

The cable is metered and available in yellow, which facilitates identification and segregation of cables. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that disrupt painting. The rated voltage of the cable is 750V and the rated core cross-section is 10 mm².
