This shielded flexible cable UNIPUR-CP is the ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical resistance and flexibility, even at low temperatures. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, ensure excellent conductivity. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) ensures flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C), and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects against mechanical damage, oils, water and weathering. A screen of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference.

The minimum bending radius is 12.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 7.5 x cable diameter during stationary operation. Coupling resistance does not exceed 250 Ohm/km.
