The UNIPUR-CP cable is a shielded control cable designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is characterized by a solid construction. Twisted copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), ensure good conductivity and flexibility. A screen made of tinned copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides protection against mechanical damage and weathering. This ensures that the cable retains its properties even in extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C.

Applications and parameters

The UNIPUR-CP cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and six cores (6G1.5) is designed to power power tools (drills, circular saws), portable motors, agricultural machinery and refrigeration installations. It will also be useful on construction sites, in gardening and in docks. The orange color of the jacket makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation. The rated voltage of the cable is 450/750V and the outer diameter is approximately 12.1 mm. Thanks to the meter division, it is possible to precisely adjust the length of the cable to the needs of a specific application.

It is worth remembering to choose the appropriate color code when ordering – various RAL options are available (e.g. blue, green, brown). Additionally, the cable is available with a protective conductor (G) or without it (x).
