The UNIPUR-CP 6G1.5 cable is a flexible, shielded control cable designed to operate in harsh conditions. It features high resistance to mechanical and chemical factors, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end-users who need a reliable solution. The construction using thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) in the core insulation and polyurethane (PUR) in the outer jacket provides exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures – down to -40°C.

Construction and properties

This cable stands out with its careful construction, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Multi-wire copper conductors (class 5) ensure good conductivity and flexibility. The screen made of tinned copper wires effectively minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The PUR TMPU jacket is resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is resistant to abrasion, cuts and notches.

The UNIPUR-CP 6G1.5 cable finds wide application in various industries: power tools (drills, circular saws), gardening equipment, portable motors and agricultural machinery, construction, hobby and refrigeration installations. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-21 / DIN EN 50525-2-21 and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Available in violet (RAL 4005), but other colors are available on request. The conductor cross-section is 1.5 mm², and the rated voltage is 450/750V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.1 mm.
