Flexible control cable UNIPUR-CP – reliability in harsh conditions

This shielded UNIPUR-CP control cable combines flexibility, durability and resistance to external factors. The cable is designed for applications requiring high flexibility and mechanical resistance, such as powering electric tools, agricultural machinery or construction installations. The construction using thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polyurethane (PUR) ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in extreme conditions.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable stands out with its careful construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Copper strands, twisted into a class 5 rope, provide good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. TPE insulation and PUR outer jacket protect against the influence of oils, greases, water, ozone, UV radiation and microbes. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures – down to -40°C – making it an ideal solution for outdoor work in difficult weather conditions.
