The UNIPUR-CP 7G1,5 flexible cable is a high-quality control cable designed to operate in harsh conditions. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility, resistance to external factors and shielding ensuring electromagnetic compatibility. Ideal for use in power tools, agricultural machinery, construction sites and refrigeration installations.
Construction and properties
This cable stands out with its advanced construction. It is made of seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). The conductors are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal twist pitch and minimizes the risk of damage during operation. A screen made of tinned copper wires protects against electromagnetic interference, and the outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, water and UV radiation. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even at extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +90°C.
Additionally, the cable has a green-yellow protective conductor (from 3 conductors and above), which increases safety. It is metered and available in various jacket colors on request. The materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.
