The UNIPUR-CP cable is a shielded control cable designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that guarantees its unique properties. Twisted copper conductors in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards ensure good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) provides resistance to abrasion, cuts and notches. A screen made of copper wires minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in applications sensitive to interference. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) protects the cable from the influence of oils, greases, water, ozone, oxygen and UV radiation. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures down to -40°C.

The UNIPUR-CP cable finds wide application in various industries: power tools (drills, circular saws), agricultural and construction machinery, refrigeration installations and in industry. Thanks to its strength and flexibility, it works perfectly in mobile applications and those exposed to intensive use. The conductor cross-section of 2.5 mm² allows for transmitting sufficient current in most typical applications. Seven cores provide the possibility of connecting multiple devices or circuits. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 16 mm, which facilitates routing cables in tight spaces. The rated voltage U is 500 kV and U0 is 300 kV, which ensures safe use.
