This shielded flexible cable UNIPUR-CP is an ideal solution for applications requiring high mechanical strength and flexibility, even at low temperatures. The cable is designed for demanding applications such as powering electric tools, agricultural machinery or industrial installations. The construction with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and polyurethane (PUR) ensures exceptional durability and resistance to external factors.

Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It consists of seven stranded copper conductors, with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with TPE. These conductors are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal twist pitch and minimizes the risk of mechanical damage. The screen made of tinned copper wires effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments. The outer jacket made of PUR TMPU guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches and to the action of oils, greases, water and variable weather conditions. In addition, the cable remains flexible even at temperatures down to -40°C.

Thanks to its mechanical and electrical properties, it is ideally suited for working in difficult industrial conditions and on construction sites. The rated voltage of the cable is 750V and the outer diameter is approximately 16 mm. Let's remember that the cable has a green-yellow protective conductor from 3 conductors upwards. Available in orange (standard), but other colors are also possible to order (e.g. blue RAL 5015).
