Construction and properties

The UNIPUR-CP 7G4 cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees its unique properties. Seven copper strands, made of twisted strand class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295), provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The strands are insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), which increases their resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. A screen made of tinned copper wires, covering approximately 85% of the surface, effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, resistant to oils, greases, water, climate change and UV radiation.

The cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the length to the needs of a specific application. It is available in gray color, and on request it is possible to make it in other RAL colors. Importantly, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
