Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by its exceptional flexibility even at low temperatures (down to -40°C), which translates to comfort and safety at work. Made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, it guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation. The use of PUR provides resistance to abrasion, cuts, notches, oils, greases, weathering and UV radiation. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not interfere with painting.

The UNIPUR-OZ cable has a cross-section of 2.5 mm², making it suitable for powering devices with medium power consumption. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10 mm. The rated voltage of the cable is 500/750 V, and the test voltage reaches 3000 V. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter for dynamic bending and 5x for static bending.
