This two-core shielded F-CY-OZ cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is an ideal solution for data and power transmission in demanding industrial environments and electrical installations. ### Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction designed for flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) provide good flexibility, making it easier to install and lay in tight spaces. PVC insulation and a copper braid screen minimize the risk of signal interference. Additionally, an insulating foil reduces the outer diameter of the cable, which is particularly important in applications where space is limited.

* **Shielding:** Copper braid effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. For optimal EMC, it is recommended to ensure a large-area, bilateral contact of the braid with the terminals.

* **Conductors:** Two conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², made of stranded copper (class 5), provide good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are black with white numbers, making it easier to identify in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-334.

* **Insulation:** Made of high-quality PVC (Z7225), provides effective electrical insulation and protection against external factors.

* **Outer jacket:** Durable PVC outer jacket (TM2) protects the cable from mechanical damage and weathering. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify in the installation.

* **Temperature range:** The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -10°C to +80°C during installation and flexible use.
