Construction and properties

The F-CY-JZ cable is characterized by a careful construction that guarantees its unique properties. Un-tinned copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards, provide excellent conductivity. Core insulation made of PVC Z 7225 protects against short circuits and mechanical damage. Black cores with white numeric printing facilitate identification and connection, which is particularly important during more complex installations. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 cores) increases safety.

A key element of the construction is a screen of tinned copper wires with approximately 85% coverage, which minimizes electromagnetic interference (EMC), ensuring stable signal transmission. This braid is particularly important in industrial environments exposed to strong interference. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides resistance to external factors such as moisture, oils and chemicals.

The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C after installation and from -10°C to +80°C during installation.

Thanks to its flexibility and durability, the F-CY-JZ cable performs perfectly even in difficult working conditions. The use of insulating foil reduces the outer diameter of the cable, which makes it easier to route in tight spaces.
