This 20-core shielded F-CY-OZ cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² is an ideal solution for data transmission and power supply in demanding industrial and automation environments. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation and long-lasting performance. The cable is characterized by flexibility, which facilitates installation and routing even in tight spaces. Thanks to the shielding, it minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing a stable signal.
Construction and properties
The cable is constructed of multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), insulated with PVC, twisted in parallel and surrounded by an insulating foil. Additionally, it has a braided copper screen that effectively protects against interference. The whole is covered with a durable outer PVC coating in gray (RAL 7001). The cores are black with digital numbering according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and connection. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 14.9 mm.
This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during fixed installation and from -10°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the maximum test voltage between conductors is 4000 V. It meets the EN 13501-6 standard in terms of reaction to fire classification (Eca).
