This grey H05VV5-F 3G1.5 mm² control cable is a versatile solution for electrical connections in machines, devices and industrial installations. Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is designed with the requirements of professional installers in mind. Its construction is based on stranded copper conductors (class 5), PVC insulation and an outer PVC jacket resistant to oils. The conductors are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification during installation – compliance with DIN VDE 0293-334 guarantees precision and safety. Additionally, the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) increases the level of safety. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75.

Universal application and technical parameters

The H05VV5-F cable is perfect as a control and connecting cable in machines, conveyors and technological lines. It can be used both in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors). Thanks to the permissible operating temperature from -40°C to +70°C (flexible) and from -5°C to +70°C (stationary), the cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, and the test voltage is 2kV for 5 minutes. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.1 mm. The reaction to fire class is Eca, which provides additional safety in the event of a fire. The cable is also resistant to radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad).
