Control and power cable – reliability and flexibility in every application
This orange H07BQ-F 3G1.5 mm² control and power cable is a universal solution for both professional installers and end users. Designed to operate in demanding conditions, it combines durability, flexibility and safety. Ideal for applications where reliable transmission of power and control signals is required.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction with a multi-wire copper conductor of class 5, ensuring high flexibility. The insulation of the cores is made of EPR material, and the outer jacket of durable polyurethane (PUR). This combination of materials guarantees resistance to abrasion, cuts, oils, gasoline and weathering – including UV radiation and hydrolysis. The cable remains flexible even at low temperatures, down to -40°C. The cores are color-coded according to DIN VDE 0293-308 for easy identification. In addition, the cable has an external yellow-green protective conductor for increased safety.
Application and parameters
The H07BQ-F 3G1.5 mm² cable finds wide application in various industries:
- Agricultural tools and machinery: Resistance to harsh outdoor working conditions.
- General-purpose electrical appliances: Versatility and reliability in everyday use.
- Power tools: Resistance to frequent bending and twisting.
- Building installations: Safety and durability inside buildings.
- Industry: Resistance to oils, chemicals and high temperatures.
- Docking: Use in environments exposed to moisture and changing weather conditions.
The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 450/750 V and a maximum conductor temperature of 90°C (stationary) and 80°C (flexible). Its outer diameter is approximately 9.2 mm. The fire reaction class is Eca, which provides additional safety. The permissible ambient temperature during installation is from -40°C to +80°C, and after installation (without vibration) from -50°C to +90°C.
