Construction and properties

The JZ-500 cable features a construction with 16 copper, stranded (class 5) conductors, insulated with PVC. The conductors are black, numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and connection. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating, providing resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.3 mm. This combination of materials makes the cable flexible, yet resistant to abrasion and other mechanical damage.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500 V, making it suitable for many applications in electrical installations. The reaction to fire class is Eca, providing an additional level of safety.
