JZ-500 4G0.5 mm² PVC cable is a versatile solution for control and power installations, designed for demanding industrial and construction applications. Construction and properties

The cable is made of multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are insulated with PVC and are black, with clear numbering according to DIN VDE 0293, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. The whole is surrounded by a gray outer PVC coating (RAL 7001), providing additional mechanical and chemical protection. The cable construction includes four conductors, allowing for the implementation of more complex control circuits.

The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible applications and 4 x cable diameter for stationary installations. The cable has an approximate outer diameter of 5.5 mm, and its insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The test voltage is 4000 V, and the breakdown voltage is at least 8000 V.
