Control and power cable for demanding applications

The PVC cable JZ-500 4G6 mm² is a flexible solution designed for control and power connections in industrial and construction installations. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it provides reliability and durability even in harsh conditions. The construction with four cores of 6 mm² cross-section allows for efficient transmission of energy and control signals. Black cores, numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, facilitate identification and connection.

Construction and properties

The JZ-500 cable is characterized by its flexibility, which makes it easy to install and route in tight spaces. It is made of multi-wire copper core (class 5), providing good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. Core insulation is made of PVC, and the outer jacket is also made of the same material, which guarantees protection against moisture, mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -15°C to +80°C during installation and from -40°C to +80°C after installation, making it suitable for applications both indoors and outdoors (but not directly exposed to the weather). The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V.
