This grey PVC cable JZ-500 with five 16 mm² cross-section conductors is a reliable solution for both professional installers and end-users. Construction and application
The JZ-500 cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, guaranteeing its safety and reliability. It is ideal for installations where flexible connections are required under medium mechanical loads. It can be used in dry, wet and damp rooms (but not outdoors), as well as in control and measuring instruments and industrial equipment. Thanks to the special PVC mixture, the cable is easy to install and resistant to mechanical damage.
- Flexibility: The construction with a multi-wire class 5 conductor provides high flexibility, making it easier to route cables in tight spaces.
- Conductor identification: Digital conductor markings facilitate correct connection and minimize the risk of errors during installation.
- Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (after installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation.
- Safety: Rated voltage of 500 V and test voltage of 4000 V ensure safe operation.
- Resistance: Materials used in production are resistant to UV radiation (up to 80 x 106 cJ/kg) and oils, increasing the durability of the cable.
- Fire reaction class: Class Eca provides basic fire protection in accordance with EN 13501-6.
The 16 mm² cross-section makes this cable suitable for powering devices with medium power consumption, and the five conductors allow simultaneous transmission of control and power signals. The approximate outer diameter of 22.8 mm makes it easier to route cables in existing installations.
