This flexible PVC cable, designated JZ-500 5G4 mm², is the ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. The cable is designed for medium mechanical loads, providing reliable connections in slowly moving systems where tensile stress does not occur. It will work in dry, wet and humid rooms (excluding open spaces), as well as a cable for control and measuring equipment in industrial devices.

The cable is characterized by high flexibility thanks to a specially selected PVC mixture, which facilitates and speeds up installation. Cores numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334 standard make it easier to identify and connect individual wires. The construction with five cores with a cross-section of 4 mm² allows for transmitting both control and power signals.

Construction and properties – the key to long-term operation

The JZ-500 cable is made of high-quality materials, which guarantees its durability and resistance to damage. Core insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer jacket is also made of PVC TM2, providing additional protection against external factors. This makes the cable resistant to oils and chemicals (detailed information in the "Technical information" table available from the manufacturer). The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has a fire reaction class Eca.

• Rated voltage: 300/500 V, ensuring safe use in various applications.
• Flexible construction: core class 5 (multi-strand flexible) makes it easy to lay even in tight spaces.
• Radiation resistance: up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 80 Mrad), which increases its durability in specific conditions.
