JZ-500 6G0.5 cable is a flexible solution for electrical installations, designed for both control and power applications. The construction with multi-wire copper core ensures good flexibility and easy installation in tight spaces. This cable is particularly recommended in places exposed to medium mechanical loads, where flexibility and resistance to external factors are required.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction compliant with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards. It is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), both in the core insulation and in the outer coating. The cores are black, numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core, ensuring safe use. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.7 mm. The reaction to fire class is Eca, which means limited flammability and smoke emission.

Application and benefits

JZ-500 6G0.5 cable is used in dry and damp rooms (but not outdoors) as a flexible connection for control and measuring devices and in industrial equipment. Thanks to its construction and properties, this cable is perfect for installations requiring resistance to oils and chemicals. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (during operation) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 300/500V, making it a universal solution for many applications. The flexibility of the cable translates into faster and easier installation, and its durability guarantees reliable operation for a long time. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (80 Mrad).
