The JZ-500 cable has been designed with durability and reliability in mind. High-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) has been used both as insulation material for the cores and as the outer coating. The cores are made of stranded copper, which provides them with adequate flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Black cores are numbered according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and improves safety during installation. In addition, the cable is characterized by resistance to oils and chemical compounds (detailed information in the "Technical Information" table - available from the manufacturer).

Applications and compliance with standards

The JZ-500 cable is ideal for use in dry, wet and humid rooms (but not outdoors). It will be perfect as a cable for control and measuring equipment in industrial devices and in building electrical installations. It is intended for medium mechanical loads and flexible connections where tensile stresses do not occur. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a fire reaction class of Eca (EN 13501-6), which guarantees safety of use. The permissible ambient temperature during operation is from -40°C to +80°C (without vibration) and during installation from -15°C to +80°C. The rated voltage U/U0 is 500/300V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.2 mm.
