This multi-core flexible cable m.FLEX 512-PUR 25G1,5 is the ideal solution for applications in moving machine parts, robotics and industry, where high resistance to bending and mechanical stress is required. The cable's construction is designed for long-term and reliable operation in harsh conditions.

The cable is distinguished by its core insulation made of modified PP and a wear-resistant and adhesion-resistant outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR). This combination provides exceptional flexibility and durability, even with intensive bending. Importantly, the materials used in production are halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

Construction and properties

The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable consists of 25 stranded copper cores (class 6), twisted in parallel. Each core is insulated with modified PP and marked with digital numbering for easy identification. The yellow-green protective core is located on the outside of the structure (from 3 cores). The whole is surrounded by a special polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket, which provides high resistance to oils, chemicals, UV radiation and mechanical damage.

The minimum bending radius is 5x cable diameter during flexible operation and 3x cable diameter for fixed installation.
