This metered m.FLEX 512-PUR 3G0.5 flexible cable is designed for use in harsh conditions where resistance to bending and external factors is important. Made of high-quality materials, it provides reliable operation in industrial applications, robotics and moving parts of machines. The cable construction is designed for long-term operation even with intensive use.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility and mechanical resistance. Multi-wire (class 6) copper conductors, twisted in parallel, guarantee good conductivity and easy installation. The insulation of the conductors made of modified PP minimizes friction during bending, which translates into a longer cable life. A yellow-green protective conductor (from 3 conductors) ensures safe use. The whole is surrounded by a special outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), which is resistant to abrasion, tearing, oils and UV radiation. In addition, the cable is halogen-free – which increases safety in the event of a fire and minimizes the emission of toxic gases.
