This metered flexible cable m.FLEX 512-PUR 3G1, with a grey, halogen-free polyurethane (PUR) jacket, is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments and machinery. It is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads, making it an ideal solution for chain applications and robotics. The cable construction ensures reliable operation even with intensive bending and in varying temperatures.

Construction and properties

This cable stands out with its advanced construction, which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. It is made of multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 1 mm², insulated with modified PP, which provides good flexibility and abrasion resistance. The strands are twisted in parallel, and each layer has a special protective braid (up to 4 mm²). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) is characterized by high resistance to abrasion, tearing, impact, as well as the action of oils, chemicals and UV radiation. Additionally, the materials used in production are free of halogens, silicone and cadmium, making it safe for the environment and painting processes.
