This grey flexible cable m.FLEX 512-PUR 3G2.5 is a reliable solution for installations exposed to intense movements and bending. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in various conditions. The cable features halogen-free PUR insulation, which increases safety in case of fire.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility and mechanical resistance. It uses a multi-strand, very flexible class 6 conductor, which, combined with modified PP insulation and a polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket, guarantees high durability even with frequent bending. Black conductors are clearly marked with white numbers for easy identification, and the yellow-green protective conductor is located on the outside (from 3 conductors). The whole is protected by a special protective braid on each layer of twisted conductors.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -30°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. It is resistant to oils, UV radiation, ozone, solvents, acids, alkalis and hydraulic fluids. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly.

It is an excellent choice for applications in chain installations (halogen-free chain cable), where flexibility and resistance to mechanical loads are key.
