The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable is designed for intensive use in dynamic environments. Its construction is based on four copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which are characterized by high flexibility (class 6). The conductors are insulated with modified PP, and the whole is surrounded by a special outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR), providing resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and chemicals. Additionally, the absence of halogen in the insulation increases safety in the event of a fire.

This cable is particularly recommended for use in energy chains, where a large number of bending cycles are necessary. Bending tests confirm its durability – approx. 10 million bending cycles using the H method. Resistance to UV radiation up to 50 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 50 Mrad) allows it to be used in outdoor conditions as well.
