Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a construction that provides exceptional flexibility and durability. Made of 12 copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.5 mm², it has insulation made of modified PP and an outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR). The cores are twisted in parallel and numbered for easy identification. The yellow-green protective conductor is located on the outside (from 3 cores). The whole ensures high resistance to abrasion, tearing and the influence of atmospheric factors, oils and solvents. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.9 mm.

The m.FLEX 512-PUR cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, robotics and in moving parts of machines. Its halogen-free construction increases safety, and high UV resistance allows it to be used in outdoor conditions. Thanks to low adhesion and high mechanical resistance, this cable guarantees long-lasting and reliable operation even with extreme bending.
