Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by two cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², made of stranded copper (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295). The core insulation is made of special PVC (TI2), and the cores are numbered, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. The outer jacket made of special PVC (TM2) provides resistance to mechanical damage, UV radiation and atmospheric influences. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards, guaranteeing its high quality and safety.

Technical parameters and operating range

The OZ-600 cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage is 1000 V (U) / 600 V (U0), and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4 x diameter for fixed laying. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.7 mm. The cable is resistant to oils and chemicals (detailed information in the manufacturer's "Technical Information" table). The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it environmentally friendly.
