The conductors are black, with clear numbering in white figures according to DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification and connection. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating in blue (RAL 5015). This cable is intended for flexible applications where medium mechanical stresses occur with free movement, but without tensile stress and the need to run in rigid cable ducts.

Designed for explosion-hazardous areas marked as intrinsically safe (type -i-), it finds application in measurement and control technology as well as a flexible control or measuring cable in intrinsically safe systems. It is important to remember that this cable should not be laid directly in the ground.
