This blue OZ-BL 3x0.75 mm² cable is a reliable solution for installations in potentially explosive areas, where high resistance and flexibility are required. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on flexible stranded copper conductors of class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228). The core insulation is made of PVC type Z 7225, and the cores are marked with numbers according to DIN VDE 0293-334 – black cores with white numbers facilitate identification. Twisted layers of cores ensure optimal pitch, and the whole is surrounded by a durable PVC coating (type TM2) in blue (RAL 5015). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.6 mm.

This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installation and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. It is resistant to UV radiation and weathering conditions, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances hindering painting.

The OZ-BL cable is intended for intrinsically safe installations according to DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51. It is ideal for explosive areas marked as intrinsically safe (type -i-), according to DIN VDE 0165-1 / DIN EN 60079-14 / IEC 60079-14.
