This blue OZ-BL 3x1.5 mm² cable is a reliable solution for installations in areas where there is a risk of explosion. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51, which guarantees its high quality and compliance with applicable regulations.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a flexible construction, which facilitates its installation and adaptation to complex installation systems. Made of multi-wire copper conductor class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228), it provides good conductivity and resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of PVC type Z 7225, and the outer coating is also made of PVC (type TM2), which provides protection against external factors. The cores are marked with numbers, in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-334, which facilitates identification during installation and maintenance.

Application and benefits

The OZ-BL cable is ideal for use in control and measurement systems in potentially explosive areas (type -i-). It will work well in intrinsically safe installations where high reliability and resistance to environmental conditions are required. Thanks to its flexibility, the cable is perfect for applications with frequent movements, but is not intended for laying in the ground. In addition, the materials used in production are resistant to UV radiation and weather conditions, allowing it to be used both indoors and outdoors. The cable does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that hinder painting.
