This blue OZ-BL 4x0.75 mm² cable is a flexible solution designed for installation in areas at risk of explosion. It is designed for demanding applications where both resistance to external factors and freedom of routing are important. This cable is used in control and measurement systems that are not grounded and are powered from a separate circuit.

Construction and application

The cable is made of high-quality materials, ensuring its reliability and durability. The multi-wire flexible copper conductors class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295 / IEC 60228) are insulated with PVC type Z 7225, and then twisted in layers for optimal core pitch. The whole is surrounded by a PVC coating (type TM2) in blue (RAL 5015), which facilitates identification in the installation. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 regarding intrinsically safe installations.

Designed for flexible applications with medium mechanical stresses, while there is no tensile stress and the need to run in cable ducts. It is ideal for areas at risk of explosion marked as intrinsically safe (type -i-). Not intended for laying in the ground.
