This specialized TOPFLEX®-EMV-UV-2YSLCYK-J cable is designed for efficient and safe power supply to motors using frequency inverters. This cable combines flexibility, resistance to external factors and advanced shielding properties, making it an ideal solution for both professional installers and end users. The cable is particularly recommended for applications requiring high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, adapted to work in difficult conditions. Made of multi-wire copper conductors with a cross-section of 50 mm², it provides efficient current conduction. The conductors are surrounded by polyethylene (PE) insulation, which minimizes dielectric losses and increases voltage resistance. Two screens – aluminum foil and copper braid – effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, protecting sensitive devices and ensuring stable system operation. The whole is surrounded by a durable PVC coating, resistant to UV radiation and mechanical damage.
