This flexible 500V (H)05VV5-F 4G16 cable, also designated as (N)YSLYÖ-JZ, is a versatile solution for applications requiring oil resistance and flexibility. The cable is designed for reliable operation in various industrial and commercial environments. Its construction ensures safety and long-lasting performance.

Construction and properties – the key to durability

The cable features a solid construction using high-quality materials. Multi-strand, flexible copper conductors (class 5) provide good conductivity and easy installation. The core insulation is made of special TI2 PVC, guaranteeing electrical and mechanical strength. Black cores with white numerals facilitate identification, and a yellow-green protective core (in versions with a protective core) increases safety. The outer jacket made of special TM5 PVC provides resistance to abrasion, chemicals and oils – which is particularly important in demanding industrial applications. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 20.9 mm.

The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75 standards, confirming its compliance with European safety standards. Additionally, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substances. The cable is tested for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2/ DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1), as well as oil resistance (DIN/EN 60811-404).
