Construction and user properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Multi-strand, flexible copper conductors (class 5) provide good conductivity and facilitate installation. The core insulation is made of PVC TI2, guaranteeing electrical and mechanical strength. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM5 provides resistance to abrasion, oils and other chemicals. The gray color (RAL 7001) makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.
The cable has a rated voltage of 300/500V and an allowable operating temperature from -40°C to +70°C (flexible and stationary). It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75 standards. Additionally, it meets the requirements for self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (IEC 60332-1-2) and is oil-resistant according to DIN/EN 60811-404. The fire reaction class is Eca.
