Control cable H05VV5-F is a flexible solution for connections in machines, conveyors and technological lines. Made of high-quality PVC, it ensures reliable operation even in harsh industrial conditions. This cable is particularly recommended for use in humid and wet environments, such as breweries, bottling plants, laundries or car washes.

This 25-core cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is characterized by high resistance to oils and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for demanding applications. Numbered cores facilitate identification and connection, and the flexible construction allows for convenient cable routing even in tight spaces. The rated voltage of 300/500 V ensures safe use in standard installations.

Construction features and parameters

The cable is designed for durability and reliability. It is made of stranded copper cores, which provide flexibility and resistance to bending. The core insulation is made of special PVC TI2, and the outer jacket of special PVC TM5 – both materials guarantee high resistance to abrasion, moisture and chemicals. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 26.1 mm, which should be considered when planning the installation. The fire reaction class Eca provides a basic level of fire safety.

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75, which confirms its high quality and compliance with European standards. The permissible operating temperature range is -40°C to +70°C (stationary) and -5°C to +70°C (flexible), allowing it to be used in a wide range of environmental conditions. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed installation – it is worth considering this during assembly to avoid damage.
