Construction and properties
The cable features a robust construction designed for demanding working conditions. It is made of stranded copper conductors class 5 – flexible and resistant to repeated bending. Core insulation is made of special PVC TI2, and the outer sheath of oil-resistant PVC TM5. This makes the cable resistant to many chemicals and performs perfectly in industrial environments such as breweries, bottling plants, laundries or car washes. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.9 mm.
Applications and benefits
This cable is widely used as a component of control and connecting connections in machines, conveyors and technological lines. It is ideal for installation in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors). Its flexibility allows for easy routing in tight spaces, and its oil resistance makes it indispensable in the food and automotive industries. The cable meets DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75 standards, guaranteeing its safety and compliance with applicable regulations. Fire reaction class Eca provides an additional level of safety. The permissible operating temperature range is -40°C to +70°C (during installation) and -5°C to +70°C (during operation). The rated voltage U0/U is 300/500V.
