This flexible control cable H05VV5-F 3G2.5 mm² is a solid solution for both professional installers and end users. The cable has three cores with a cross-section of 2.5 mm², insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cores are black with white numbers, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation. Additionally, the cable is equipped with a yellow-green protective core, providing additional safety. The durable outer PVC coating protects the cable from mechanical damage and the effects of atmospheric factors.

Specification and application

The H05VV5-F cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and IEC 60227/75 standards. This ensures that it meets all required safety and quality standards. Designed for medium mechanical load, it is ideally suited for flexible connections without tensile stress. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors), as well as in machines, conveyors and technological lines.

This cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +70°C during stationary operation and from -5°C to +70°C during flexible operation. It ensures safe operation in standard electrical installations thanks to the rated voltage U0/U 300/500 V. A special PVC formula guarantees resistance to many chemicals. The construction with a multi-wire core of class 5 ensures high cable flexibility, making it easier to install and route in tight spaces. Fire reaction class Eca provides basic fire protection in accordance with EN 13501-6. The outer diameter of approximately 9.6 mm makes it easier to route cables in existing installations.
